Class policies at Pilates Plus
Pilates Plus is a small boutique studio that offers small size group classes which allows our instructors to focus individualized attention on each client. Class size is limited to 6 participants per class. All classes must be reserved using out online scheduling (home page click BOOK NOW). If you are unable to attend a class please cancel within a 24 hours otherwise you will be charged for that class.
Please note: Several times during the year we may have less students attending classes. If we make a change or cancel a class you will receive a text or email from Beth.
Cardio Pump is the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all your major muscles groups while you squat, press, lift & curl. We use a barbell & hand weights in this class. It will sculpt, tone & strengthen your entire body. Classes: Mon. 6pm (every other) Wed. 9am Sat. 8am & 9am
This 60 minutes class is a fun, energetic class to sculpt tone your Arms, Abs, Hips, Legs & Booty! Full body class at the barre! All levels are welcome. Classes Mon. 6pm (every other) & Thurs. 10am
Mat Pilates is a form of exercises developed from Joseph Pilates. All of the exercises are done on a Mat in a group exercises environment. The emphasis of the class will be to develop core strength balance & flexibility all levels welcome! Class: Wed 10am
Pound class is coming soon to Pilates Plus! It is the worlds first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! Class times will be announced soon!
Bosu Cardio & Core
Join Courtney for a 30 minute cardio workout that challenges our coordination core and balance. Followed by 25 minutes of Bosu Pilates core exercises. Classes: Tues. & Fri. 9am
Join Courtney for an hour of gentle yoga to stretch out, sun salutations poses and experience complete relaxation. Classes: Tues. & Thur. 10am & Sun. 11am
