Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. We offer Group Reformer classes (limited to 4 participants) or private classes. Group Classes are reserved using our online reservations. Please note that new clients must call and set up an appointment with Beth. Beginners must conduct 3 private sessions before entering a group reformer class.

Pilates Plus only offers small group classes. Limiting class size allows instructors to focus individualized attention on each client. Class size is limited to 10-12 participants depending on which class. All classes must be reserved using our online reservations.
Please note that we require a minimum of 3 participants in group classes or the class is subject to cancellation. If class is cancelled you will be notify through email.

Cardio Pump is one of the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
Cardio Pump is barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Burn over 800 calories per class!
This sports-inspired cardio workout will build strength and stamina. This is a high-energy class with interval training that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stability exercises. We will also focus on those "core" muscles! 30 minutes for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
