 This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups.  It will shape  & tone all of your muscles.  Expect to sweat & burn up to 500 per class!

Only 5 patcipants per class.  Smaller classes means more personal attention to you!

Mat Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. All of the exercises will be done on a Mat in a group exercise environment. Emphasis of the class will be develop core strength, balance & flexibility. All levels welcome1
