Tue. 8/22 9:00 AM Bosu Cardio & Core 9am Get a 30 minute cardio workout that challenges your coordination, core & balance. Followed up by 25 minutes of Bosu Pilates, Core exercises.
6:00 PM Pilates Reformer Group Tues 6pm 6 students per class only!
Wed. 8/23 9:00 AM Cardio Pump 9am

 This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups.  It will shape  & tone all of your muscles.  Expect to sweat & burn up to 500 per class!

Only 5 patcipants per class.  Smaller classes means more personal attention to you!
